• Subscription is $500/month. Tech Support is included in all SaaS subscriptions.
• Log unlimited tech support tickets at the Welocalize Tech Support portal.
• Tech support team will review tickets and separate product issues from non-product issues.
• Product issues: Tech support will forward issues to Engineering.
• Non-product issues: Tech support will provide quotes to clients. Cost will be $100/hr.
• Support hours are 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday GMT, EST, PST and Beijing time.
