Berkeley DB Install Problem 1 Year, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm installing on Ubuntu Desktop, v12.04 and everything goes great until this command:

sudo env CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.5/include" LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.5/lib" ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/openldap --enable-ldbm

when installing openLDAP, when I get Berkeley DB not found. I'm no Linux admin but I managed to get the source down, compile it and now it's OK. However, it's v5.5 or something and now I get a version error.

What do I do?
