A locale pair consists of both a source and target language.

You can use the default locale pairs provided or create your own.

To create a locale pair:

  1. Log in to GlobalSight as the company administrator

  2. Click Locale Pairs in the FileSystem Guide to show the default locale pairs

  3. Click New Locale. The New Locale Pair page opens

  4. Select a Source locale and a Target locale

  5. Click Save

The new locale pair is created.

You can also click New Locale and add one locale.

Select the Language and the Country and click Save.

Note that locales are not associated with any particular encodings, as in WorldServer.
