You can download in progress files from any ongoing translation job at any time during the project.

To download in-progress files:

  1. Open GlobalSight
  2. Enter your Project Manager user name and password and then click Login
  3. Open My Jobs. Filter by job status or click All Jobs to view all jobs
  4. Select the job

  5. Click Workflows
  6. Select the Target Locale from the list of Workflows

  7. Click Export. Generating the translated file can take a couple of minutes

  8. Select the Target Locale from the list of Workflows and click Export
  9. Click Download
  10. Select the files and then click Download Zip. Click Include language information in downloaded zip file name, if you prefer to also add the target languages to the file name

  11. Select a folder and click Save
  12. Click OK once the file downloads successfully

Translated files often require post-processing. For example, an XML check, DTP and so on.
